Well, I have been off and on and off, and my weight has suffered 140lb prediet to 120lbs... So when I'm on I don't really get my proposed 2006kcal, I think if I did I would probably be about around 130lbs.... So I was thinking of adding more to my diet 7 more servings a day, 2 more eggs and, 40 more ml of OO a day. I don't know my tolerance for acne with protein but I'm not too worried about acne right now, as I'm so tired of being really skinny and people asking me about it. I am not exercising right now, but I plan to once I can achieve at least 135lbs

Yes, eating more frequently is a good idea.
Exercise is essential in gaining more muscles, though.

Well I haven't gained anything maybe 1 or 2 pounds, I got sick along the way and it was difficult to eat so many oranges I would gag cause my throat was sore. I increased it to further and this diet seems easiest to eat. I think I eat too much fat, and the oranges are pasteurized. Also I never exercised cause I think it would slow my weight gain when I achieve 130 I plan to workout.

It's very cost effective it cost me about 241$CAD a month, as opposed to fresh oranges which would cost me 489.6$CAD Which I cant even afford.

It seems like you're missing too much of the nutrients if you continue this on long term. Do you like bananas? I found that the cheapest way to maintain this diet is to drink 2L orange juice 100mL Olive oil and 5 bananas + 8 egg yolk. This provides enough of the nutrients. Not all above the recommended intake, but 95 precent. The orange juice costs me 3.50 euros / 2L for fresh pressed juice, the bananas only 1 euro for 5, egg yolks also 1 euro and the oil 70 cents to a euro (I buy the organic cold pressed one). That makes up 6.20 euros. That would be 8.5612 canadian dollars for you.
But as you said prices for oranges there are way more expensive than here in europe (because imported from morocco i guess?). So that would make with the tropicana being around 5 cad for 2 liters: 5 + 3.7283 = 9 CAD a day. And I think it is a bit cheaper for you because my guess is that bananas would be cheaper over there as they are imported from colombia most of the time. So say 7.50 - 9 CAD a day with 95 percent all of the nutrients.

I may try this in the near future, here the prices actually work out to 13.63CAD for about 2L of oj (9.00) and 8 eggs (1.63) and OO (1.50) and bananas (1.50). The oranges can be from california, to south africa and the bananas come from Guatemala.

I'm starting to get mad I been on this 3260.44126kcal diet for 6 days and, I'm still not gaining ANY weight I'm always hover around 120lbs....

drinking 2700ml of pasturized orange juice
about 220ml of OO
5 egg yolks

I think I should add more, 5 bannanas and increase to 6 egg yolks.

1. You seriously need more protein, I mean 33g/day, you're losing some muscle mass daily just because of this... 60g/day would be a lot better
2. What's up with all that olive oil? That's a lot of 'empty calories', and a lot of Omega 6. Substitute some of it with avocado/coconuts and fish, which will also help you with the protein.

Well grains would be the cheapest way, but we think they suck :-)
Trust me, saving money on food is a bad idea, I've done that and only now I see how stupid it was. Save wherever you can but try to have enough for healthy food.
You could eat the egg whites as well (like me), just blend them with some honey or sugar. But they are full of trypsin inhibitor so large part of the protein in them just goes on undigested, but since you're anyway throwing them away.. better something than nothing I guess.

I am on board with you for sacrificing money for health, but right now I just can't afford it right now. In about a month I should be able to afford the diet. I'm just looking for the cheapest way to gain some weight and reduce my acne so I can go outside without being self conscious. My priorities are gaining weight and reducing acne for the most cost effective way, I only spend my money on my necessities.

Egg whites... I could try that for now.. you eat the whole egg including the yolk bag too? are we adding sugar because they taste that bad?

I eat the yolk (without the bag) in the evening, and leave the whites for in the morning. Yeah, they taste bad.

But as I said a large part of that protein just goes on undigested due to the enzyme inhibitors when you eat them raw. I tried yesterday to eat the whites steamed, and this way they seem to digest a lot longer (which indicates me that they don't just pass through).

Well I think I can afford to spice up my diet, I'm thinking 1800ml of OJ (18 oranges) 2 avacados, 10 bananas, and 8 large(for the calculator is this "unit" measure for medium sized eggs?) egg yolks (the updose of egg yolks 4 to 6 is causing me to break out more but I'm still fine for now). Drinking about 10ml per fruit, so 150ml OO... do I need to drink OO with the avacado? it's already high in fat.

I'm 66inces tall and weight 124 (I GAINED!!! 3 pound mysteriously throughout the day, my weight has never fluctuated this much, earlier I was 121, now 124 even though I just finished urinating)

my egg carton reads 5g of protein for medium eggs and 6g for large eggs, which is a 20% increase.. so in the nutrient calculator 1 'Chicken Egg yolk (Gallus domesticus), raw, [1]' reads 2.78216g of protein and multiplied by 1.20 it equals 3.338592g. Would this be correct to convert medium into large, or at least an estimation?

oh and also, last time I ate salmon raw was about 3 months ago which was 60g now I have upped my intake of eggs since then from 3 to 7, would I be able to handle 110g of salmon, or is my bodies defenses only prepared for raw egg yolks?
