Should we not eat eggs for the time being?

I have always bought eggs that say "fed and raised naturally", although this could be a scam, since technically everything is natural. I'd like to know the regulations on this, hopefully someone knows.

The risk of eating contaminated eggs is very small.

Maybe not from Germany... Eggs are usually safe if pasteurized since they have their own packaging.
