I dont think you need to exclude avocado.
In my opinion, the focus should be on low fiber and consuming lots of small meals very frequently.
Avocado is very high in fibers, so I should eat only a few bites at a time.
Thats totally under your control; the moment that you dont feel energetic,
you need to ingest some energy.
I think I eat too much energy : my pulse starts to increase and eating more don't give me more energy. On the contrary.
Be careful, the increased pulse may also be the result of undereating,
as adrenaline then makes sure to convert stored energy into available energy,
and adrenaline also increases your pulse.
The high pulse starts after eating, so it is not the result of under eating. I must fast one hour or more before my pulse resumes a normal speed, and then only I feel better (more energy).
Your pulse also gets increased by a lack of direct energy.
If you are losing weight, you lack energy.
If you lack energy, you are not consuming energy frequent enough.
You wrote that there are moments that you feel less energetic,
which means that the blood sugar goes down a bit,
resulting in weight loss.
In my experience, it is always after eating energy dense food that my pulse increase. I tend to think that as long as I have too much blood energy, my pulse increases, I don't want to exercice (ie put muscles) and I loose weight. I know it seems contradictory, but I know that if I eat more when my pulse is high, my pulse will go even higher, and my energy level will drop.
BTW, is there a way to modify a post instead of adding new posts ?
No, only moderators can, to prevent abuse.
I just want to modify
my posts.
