I've restructured the sites and the menus, except for WaiSays. Everything is now under the header of WaiWorld, which means that will be the one site to remember or give to all your friends.
The current situation is a temporary one. The plan is to restructure WaiSays and then change the design of the site.
In WaiDiet (In Short) I've added an article in english and dutch (office 2007 and pdf format) which gives an overview of the Wai Diet in a simplified way. I'm not totally happy with my english translation yet, but at least it's a start.
Any comments, criticisms, and/or advice is welcome!

new design
Excellent!
I'd like to suggest using an open format for your documents. Instead of making a pdf and a word doc pick one thing (for example just pdf) that is open and use it. Having to maintain redundant docs can lead to discrepancies unless you have some kind of master doc and a build system that generates the target files.
Are you familiar with latex or tex?
if not check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LaTeX
I use tex for things like this and use pdf as my output.
