Printing the book
Quick question. Is there anyway to shorten the pdf form of the book, so it isn't 401 pages? Is there a way to just download the main text portion of it. I want to print it out for some family and freinds. But 400 pages a bit much lol. Even 300 pages is too much. Thanks!

Open the pdf file, and then click on the print-button. You will see that you have the option to choose what pages you want to print out.
