Silly question: pasteurised liquid egg whites?

They absolutely excist, and there are different brands (mine were Solgar).
I took them many years ago. They come in glass capsules. You break of the thin top and then you can pour the liquid (the solgar ones had an orange color, another brand was red) into a juice. They taste really awful because of the acidity, but these are the only ones that actually contain free amino acids, because its the liquid acidity what keeps them in free form, to prevent them from react with other molecules. In powder form they are never free.
They must be easy to find if you look for "glass capsules" and "free amino acids".
