I used to drink alot of soy milk, I was cold all the time...and bloated. Felt like my disgestive system had come to a complete stop. Its poison.

Now I drink banana smoothies yaaaaay. The secret is over ripe bananas...I do one medium banana, 2 dates, and some almond or brazil nut milk that i make from scratch, blend it all lightly, then pour it over 2 raw egg yolks that I have placed in my glass. There is nothing better!!

You can chop the brazil nuts very finely and add some water and maybe a little sugar.

Let it sit overnight.

I personally find this makes brazil nuts much easier for me to digest.

oh!

THat is VERY interesting.
You soak shelled nuts in water befor eating them?
Can you be very exact?

Do you do it with all nuts you eat?
Also when you eat them "stand-alone"?

Its no knowledge; just an observation from me, Wai and a third person.
Please try it for yourself.
For example: a piece of salmon with egg yolk plus water
or: a little banana with egg yolk plus water
Versus the non-water version.
The 'water-version' always gives me a slight feeling of nausea.

My body is ripped, but I dont believe in this way of motivation.
What does it mean that my body is ripped?
Nothing, as so many guys with bad diets have a ripped body. (maybe i will do it when im 70)
Also, this is not about me; i dont want to set an example for anyone.
I never believed in role-models, as everybody is different;
we all have different starting positions; we all have a certain structure that we cannot change.
So that the whole concept of role models is unfair.
I just believe in getting the best out of yourself; making the best of yourself, and being 100% content with that.
Dont look at others for comparison; just look at yourself.
Wanna change something that you can change?
Do it.

I add water and oil to banana, banana soup. I feel good. That might well change though. Perhaps I'll get more in touch with nausea as time goes by.
