They are perfectly fine. None of them has ever been sick. They are happy, confident and balanced. Great skin, and all sleep well.

That is great! They also look very healthy, judging from instagram.

What is their diet like at the moment?

Their diet is still the same; juice and raw / slow cooked animal food. And at night some candy consisting of basically sugar only. They can also have some icecream daily.

What for example your oldest daughter eats per day? What foods she eats in a school? What other foods, not from wait diet, you allow your kids to eat?

They bring and eat grapes in school. They drink OJ throughout the day, and eat raw minced meat, salmon, or slow-cooked chicken.
At night they are allowed to eat low-protein icecream and chocolate paste.

I joined this club as well now with a 3 month old at home :)
Don't think my wife will *ever* allow me to give him raw egg yolks though.
I myself have been off the wai diet since many years, although I generally eat healthy paleoish foods - not that far off wai, but generally cooked.

Hi RRM,

How your kids diet looks right now? Still 100% raw? How much of juice and animal food they eat per day? What non-wai foods you allow them to eat?
