Extra Virgin or Light olive oil?
I couldn't find any posts about this in the search, but is it alright if I use regular light olive oil (not extra-virgin) on the acne diet? I don't see how it would make a difference considering how "extra-virgin" just means the first pressing. So is this alright?
Extra Virgin or Light olive oil?
The thing about the first pressing is that it is a cold pressing.
After that, they may use heat to extract additional oil.
So, yes, it needs to be extra virgin.
Not that hard to find. (similar to the forum section about oil, sugar and honey)

Re: Extra Virgin or Light olive oil?
So any extra virgin is fine? It doesn't have to state specifically "cold-pressing"?
Re: Extra Virgin or Light olive oil?
Yeah, either or both are fine.
