Bath after protein meal

Silly question...I loooove taking baths. Can I take one (the kind where your skin gets red) after eating yolks or fish?

Probably many can, but i cant, as it may have adverse effects regarding acne, indeed.

Just curious... Which kind of bath gets one's skin red? I really enjoy hot tubs, but not the chlorine so much =\

Yup, oops, that's what I meant. The hotter, the better. (unless you've just had yolks. Then the colder, the better.)
