Re: Sweating (a lot) + Peeing less vs No sweating + Peeing (a lot)
The same here. I used to sweat much more before the diet. Now, the water just evaporates. I hardly sweat at all. In the past, I remember 'raining' in my armpits. Also, there's a curious thing: since I used to sweat much more, if I did an endurance training, in few minutes I was dehydrated and my re...

Re: Sweating (a lot) + Peeing less vs No sweating + Peeing (a lot)
Depends on the context. You're right. Well, since I'm always freezing, I don't sweat. Even when I used to run, I didn't sweat at all. That time, my perspective was something like "If a person sweats, he frees some sodium. That's why the sweat is salty. Since I restrict the amount of sodium, I can o...

Sweating (a lot) + Peeing less vs No sweating + Peeing (a lot)
In these two scenarios, which one is healthier ? Some say that perspiration is a good sign of health. However, of course, I've also heard in the past from a physician I went, that if you sweat a lot is bad sign. I would say atm, unfortunately, I don't sweat at all. It's almost Summer and I am still ...

Seriously...
I am really, really sad. I have been eating Yolks and immediately go to the mirror after, to see if I get some reaction. And I have been noticing that my facial skin starts to get some mild dermatitis. Seriously, I don't want to know that I can be allergic to Eggs. I was even considering if the hens...

Re: Faster blood clotting/wound healing = Aging faster?
One day at work, I sideswiped my hand with a screwdriver. It hurt a bit, and I thought that the cut looked kind of deep. To my surpise I only dripped a few drops of blood. In the past, I would have bled about 10 to 20 times the amount of blood. (my estimation). The blood was also very brightly colo...

Experiments
Maybe no-one will research, or nobody will publish any results, but, in that case, I will do so myself. I'm planning on going back to university, to start doing a study that allows me to do the proper experiments myself. I'm busy trying to finance the whole thing. I also read this... Are you still ...

I wonder...
There are some things I would really like to understand. Some days ago, I had a 'panic attack' experience from eating CO (if someone search coconut oil panic attack/anxiety on Google, there are several people sharing the same). I want to add that I eat the CO 5/6 hours after not eating anything. The...

My hair shows copper deficiency. It means that somehow I don't get enough copper for a long period of time. I am on high fruit diet since 2012 (4 years) diet is high in fructose, sucrose, vit. C, low in protein. I am worried that high fruit diet inhibits copper absorption. I understand what you're ...

Re: Aytundra's Diary (not Wai diet)
It decided it liked the sugary imaginary taste of apple at the moment. So I chose apple. It did not disappoint, my imaginary apple taste matched the real apple taste. Sometimes, that's my method too to know what I want to eat. The problem is when I feel like eating a food that it isn't in the kitch...

Re: Shaving cream
What works for me is taking a hot shower, use egg whites, make sure to have sharp razor blades. The shorter the hairs the easier. Do you make a foam out of the whites, blend them a little bit or you just use them plain? Me same as Oscar, except I first trim it with a hair trimmer if it's too big, t...

Body Hair is smoother/thinner
This is was something that I noticed too, but I have never asked it here.
Is there any real reason for this too?

Fingertips not shrinking while taking a bath
I had noticed this after starting the Wai Diet. Even though I am not 100% Wai atm, my fingertips still don't shrink.
I remember before and specially when I was young, kids used to say that they had wrinkles like the old people.
What's the reason behind this phenomenon?

Re: "Meditation" debate
Then again, the Wai diet is also a non-conformist choice... And as all non-conformist choices, if that is getting you good results, it tends to be easier to keep up with it. I mean, if your teacher forces you to listen to a song of Justin Bieber before you start the class, I can understand such a r...

Re: "Meditation" debate
True... However, I think that decision fundamentally depends if a person is in peace with himself or not.Oscar wrote:The question is whether you let (potential) judgment influence your choices, and ultimately your life, or not, which in itself is also a choice

Re: "Meditation" debate
What you described there Aytundra, for me, is also how Education works. You know that we live in a world where massification is happening more and more. If you are different from others, you are either dumb or you have a mental disorder. Sometimes I'll rather leave some classes too because they seem...
