Re: Oil Cleansing Meathod (OCM)?
Are you on the 100% strict diet? My skin has always been somewhat dry but started being very oily and somewhat acne prone on my face slowly over the summer. I just recently found out about this diet and forum, and am not very strict yet. I'm still building up to the eggs before I go completely stri...

Oil Cleansing Meathod (OCM)?
From reading other posts it looks like many of you wash your face with only water. I'm wondering what you all think about doing the OCM (good? bad?)... and if it is advised, what oil(s) do you suggest? My face has been very oily (but dry...) and getting acne lately (never was before-probably hormone...

Up to years! I used to buy big sacks of brazil nuts and that was always enough for about 2 years. At the end about 30% had gone bad. Thats still 70% edible after 2 years. Awesome! I will make sure to stock op on them towards the end of the season. I also came across a bad one straight from the stor...

Also... (kinda gross but whatever) I'm currently reading through the book and I just came across this: "In nature, animals that have just given birth eat their own placenta to reabsorb all the cholesterol it contains. Humans don't do that (anymore), and are also told to watch out for cholesterol in ...

Make sure the eggs you buy aren't pasteurized. Are eggs commonly pasteurized? If they are, would it be plainly stated on the carton; I went shopping today and didn't see any eggs that specifically said "pasteurized" anywhere on the carton. that depends on if you have time in between to refill your ...

I figure I will throw this here rather than starting a new thread... I know of a store near where I live that also has seasonal unshelled Brazil Nuts-among other nuts, and am wondering how long these nuts will stay fresh if I wanted to buy some extra towards the end of the season and have them last....

Garlic
If there is already a topic on this simply redirect me :) I did not see one. Well, my dad really raves about how good garlic is for me due to the antioxidant content it has. I also saw that garlic was one of the suggested spices if one must add flavor to this diet. So I was wondering if garlic is tr...

Phew, thats a tough combination... You got to drink and run or swim at the same time! Yeah simming will be much harder to drink during than running haha; also, would it be best to drink someting like honey water or diluted juice with or without oo? And would it be wise to get a bottle bigger than t...
