why are do you want to take fish oil suppliments and spirulina? Because i don't eat fish, and for spirulina, it's a quality one. Like i explained before, food may be less nutritive than before. Fruits and nuts are expensive, i can't afford to eat too much so spirulina seems to be a good one for get...
