I forgot to add.. While I know sweat is good since it `sweating out` salt/dirty protein. But if the skin is covered with pretty much of oil & sebum, will that clog our pores, and how bad is the dead skin cells regarding this. RRM, please comment. First, I use tissue paper to gently blot over the grime/greasy thing on my face. Second, I use facial cotton pad (damped 100% wet, to reduce irritating the skin) and wipe over face. Third, I rise again with filtered water. How much protein in a meal is considered proteinaceous food, and need at least 1.5 hours physical inactive? I search around the freebook, I couldn't find it...maybe 7.5g?
And is bathing/shower o.k, after the food? (I need to adjust my regimen)

Thanks a lot...If you are susceptible to acne, 5 g. may already be way too much, while its not much if acne is not your problem. (in the book over 7.5 gram daily is considered too much)

Thanks...RRM ! I just out of curious, how long it can be stored in the refrigerator, as long as it still taste good? Also, does coconut milk cause gas? Consider the following meal: 5 banana + 9 tbs coconut milk (sometimes, I also add some coconut meat) so, if I consume above meal in an EMPTY stomach...
