Thank you, I will. My face seems to be getting better, even with eating the nuts that are already shelled. Im going to give it another week and see how my face looks then before I decide to either omit or continue.

how long will brazil nuts last

If i buy the 25lb case of brazil nuts through the site you guys recommended how long will they be good for? I only see us eating a pound/week so would they stay good for 25 weeks?

The roof of my mouth hurts when drinking too much OJ, so that and the 'enamel' part I will start out slowly, maybe just half the amount normally, and then increase.
