Frozen or Fresh
Can anyone tell me which is better fresh egg yolks or frozen ? And what is the difference ? I feel there's a lot of difference in our appearance when eating fresh food than frozen ones...Anybody experienced that ???? Its the same with fruits as well

now i read that lactic acid causes dental caries :shock: so even if its so tempting to eat it...one must learn to stay away from it as well ! Frankly i just loved this munch food and had it a couple more times....but the caries news prevents me from eatin it frequently...great munch food though,than...

whats with dairy products in munch food ? if we can get all our calcium requirements from fruit and some animal food why dairy ? what makes us tall ? is it calcium ? is it the amino acids ? what is it ? how do we all grow tall ? whats the science behind tallness ? my uncles are well around 6 feet ! ...

Is it calcium or vit D that helps reminerailsation of the teeth...? if citrus has damaged the enamel ??? And whats with milk and calcium uptake how beneficial are all these cheese and dairy products if they are cooked and not raw fresh ?

Weston price & vit A connection
intake of vit A and menstrual cycle connected...eating lotsa vit A supposed to reduce bleeding or maybe stop it completely (weston price foundation) :!: :shock: so eating lotsa egg yolks does definitely help women's cycle...how many do you like eating or how many do you eat everyday ? for the ladies...
