thin, very long sliced: - cucumber - avocado - carrot put these on big romain lettuce leaves put some alfalfa sprouts on top n pour some sesame oil on it then roll d leaves with their contents into 'cigars'. if you want u can also add some soysauce, or u can use mayo instead of d oil (less messy)

in d late autumn i replace orangejuice wd applejuice coz apples r so cheap n widely available

i used 2 eat lots of veggies n always had swollen lower gut n now my stomach is completely flat coz i mostly drink juices! im verrrry happy bout that!!!!!
